How we verify visa sponsorship & relocation

Every listing on EuropeVisaJobs must pass at least one strict, auditable verification check — nothing else is published:

  1. Official Government Register Match. For UK roles, the employer's legal or trading name matches an organisation on the UK Home Office Register of Licensed Sponsors (Skilled Worker route). For Netherlands roles, it matches the Dutch IND Public Register of Recognised Sponsors. For Denmark roles, it matches the Danish SIRI Fast-Track certified companies list. For Ireland roles, it matches the Irish DETE 2026 list of companies issued employment permits. An official register match proves the employer holds a license to sponsor; it does not guarantee that every individual role meets threshold requirements.
  2. Explicit Quote in the Job Posting. The job description text itself explicitly promises visa sponsorship, work-permit support, EU Blue Card support, or relocation assistance. Postings with negative clauses (“cannot sponsor”, “must have right to work without sponsorship”) or vague hedges are automatically rejected. We display the exact verbatim sentence on the job card and detail page.

Countries without an open national sponsor register (such as Germany, France, Spain, and Switzerland) are verified strictly through explicit quotes in the posting text.

Third-party “visa sponsorship” flags (including Arbeitnow's boolean tag) are never trusted on their own — every job must independently pass our register matcher or quote verifier.

Daily Freshness & Audits

Our pipeline runs daily. Whenever a job closes on the employer's Greenhouse, Ashby, Lever, Workable, or Personio board, it is removed on the next run. Register snapshot dates: UK 2026-10-25, NL 2026-10-25, DK 2026-10-25, IE 2026-10-25.

Important Disclaimer

Automated entity matching and text extraction can occasionally misclassify an employer or clause. We manually audit a 50-job random sample regularly (latest audit: 94% sponsorship accuracy, 100% open/tech/location accuracy). Always confirm visa sponsorship eligibility directly with the employer when applying.
