As AI becomes embedded across Workhuman, this role will help turn experimentation into governed, measurable enterprise value. You will lead the enterprise AI portfolio and governance flow, partnering across business and technology teams to prioritise the right opportunities, apply proportionate controls and make outcomes, risks and dependencies visible. **This is a hybrid role requiring at least 3 days per week onsite in our Dublin office.
