Engineering Lead – Connectivity Domain

Do you enjoy helping engineering teams grow while keeping a close eye on technical quality? Are you a servant leader who leads through influence rather than authority? Then you could be the Engineering Lead we're looking for. As Engineering Lead, you'll lead and coach three back-office engineering teams in our connectivity domain . Each team has about three developers, plus outsourced developers. You'll make sure the teams deliver predictably and to a high technical standard, that people keep growing, and that the work stays aligned with product goals. You'll be part of a group of six Engineering Leads , working together on team effectiveness, technical improvements and tech alignment across teams.
