The Role As Commercial AI Ops (GTM Engineer), you'll help change how Plentific's commercial teams work. You'll sit within the Strategy & Go-to-Market team and own the Commercial AI Hub end to end: the skills, automations and AI capabilities that Sales, Customer Success, Marketing and RevOps use every day. The Commercial AI Hub is already live and in use. Your job is to scale it. That means prioritising the roadmap, turning business problems into clear requirements, building and shipping new capabilities, and driving adoption across the commercial organisation.
