Your Impact We are looking for a Senior AI Engineer to join the Customer Care Contact team in the Business Performance domain . Your mission will be to build AI-powered tools that revolutionize how healthcare professionals deliver care. You will work on Doctolib Assistant, our AI personal assistant designed to assist doctors and medical staff in their daily work—from answering complex medical questions to automating administrative tasks with accuracy, reliability, and safety. Working in the tech team at Doctolib means building innovative products and features to improve the daily lives of care teams and patients. What you'll build Your responsibilities include but are not limited to: • Design, ship, and operate production-grade agentic systems powering Doctolib Assistant, our AI personal assistant that addresses key challenges for healthcare professionals • Build and improve AI agents and our orchestration systems • Partner with data scientists to design and implement evaluation pipelines, security/safety guardrails, and metrics—while taking ownership of operational AI projects as data science teams focus on exploratory research • Develop and maintain core agentic capabilities including memory, reasoning orchestration, tool adapters, and multi-agent coordination, ensuring strong observability, fallback mechanisms, and fail-safe behaviors • Own performance, observability and security: monitoring dashboards, SLO/SLI, and security posture • Ensure privacy and security by…
