The Role: We are seeking a Senior Analytics Engineer to drive significant business impact by shaping our data infrastructure, developing robust data models, and promoting best practices in analytics engineering (e.g., data quality, documentation, and scalable data architectures). You will collaborate closely with business stakeholders to identify and deliver high-value data solutions and provide informal mentorship to junior team members, fostering their growth and enhancing team capabilities. What you'll do: - Create and maintain complex, scalable data models in Snowflake using dbt. - Expose datasets effectively in BI tooling to enable robust self-service analytics. - Perform simple data ingestion tasks using no-code tools and ensure streamlined data flows. - Add comprehensive metadata to datasets, including documentation, data quality checks, and sensitive data masking. - Activate data by pushing it from Snowflake into other operational tools. -…
