Senior Product Designer LONDON / PRODUCT & DESIGN / FULL-TIME Theodo UK builds digital products with cross-functional teams of engineers and product managers embedded directly with clients. Until now, design support mostly came from other entities in the Theodo group. As our UK projects grow in complexity and ambition, we want to build stronger design capability locally. And for that, we are looking for our first Senior Product Designer in the UK. Someone hands-on enough to solve real product problems day-to-day, but also able to help shape how design evolves inside the business. You’ll work directly with the leadership team, product teams and engineers to design digital products, facilitate discovery work, support pitches and improve how teams build products together. This is a highly visible role. You will help clients solve complex UX and UI challenges while also helping Theodo UK grow its design capability internally. What You’ll Work On At Theodo UK, designers are not isolated from delivery. You’ll work inside cross-functional product teams alongside engineers and product managers to: Solve UX and UI challenges on digital products Facilitate discovery workshops and product discussions Translate business problems into user-centred experiences Design interfaces that are pragmatic, scalable and implementation-ready Contribute to pitches, prototypes and strategic client conversations Help teams make better product decisions Projects can range from: Early-stage MVPs Scaleup…
