You will lead the strategy and roadmap for products that bring travellers together, recognise their journeys, and give them more reasons to return to Interrail and make them feel a sense of belonging. From social connection, community, to loyalty, referrals, and gamification, you will create experiences that turn a great trip into a lasting relationship with our brand. Some of these experiences will also support informal learning, intercultural exchange and personal development through travel.
