Staff Product Manager

MongoDB is looking for a Staff Product Manager to define and execute the strategy for our Developer Tools portfolio. This role will help developers and data practitioners learn about, explore, model, query, and work with data through intuitive, powerful experiences. The initial scope includes MongoDB Compass and Data Explorer , with the opportunity to shape connected experiences across the broader developer tools ecosystem, including MongoDB Shell , IDE integrations, data modeling, and AI powered developer experiences. You will operate as a company-wide product leader: setting direction, simplifying complex technical problems, and aligning engineering, design, research, developer advocacy, marketing, sales, support, and adjacent product teams around measurable customer outcomes.
